Merchandise purchased from Miami Home Furnishings may be returned for store credit or exchanged only within 3 calendar days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 305-316-5916. Once delivered and accepted, Items are returnable within 3 days of receiving the item(s) and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges, in addition to any shipping charges incurred. Full refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.
