"This was a very satisfactory shopping experience. The salesman was helpful, informative, not pushy, and pleasant. The product was something I knew nothing about and he made me feel comfortable with his explanations. I did shop elsewhere and decided to elicit the same information and frankly got a lot of BS that turned me off. In addition to the buying aspects of dealing with Miami Home, the delivery was on time, when promised, the delivery personnel were polite, helpful, quick, presentable and made the overall experience perfect.
