“I shopped and purchased the Milano bedroom set completely online. I did however, arrange for delivery by calling the store in Miami. The gentleman who handled by call was very nice and accommodating. I purchased the furniture ahead of my arrival in Miami for my son (a college student) and they were very nice about 'holding' the purchase until we arrived to move him in to his apartment. The delivery was efficient and we love the furniture. It is great value and stylish.”

"This was a very satisfactory shopping experience. The salesman was helpful, informative, not pushy, and pleasant. The product was something I knew nothing about and he made me feel comfortable with his explanations. I did shop elsewhere and decided to elicit the same information and frankly got a lot of BS that turned me off. In addition to the buying aspects of dealing with Miami Home, the delivery was on time, when promised, the delivery personnel were polite, helpful, quick, presentable and made the overall experience perfect.
